The Clean Sweep Team
History
In 1998, our Team Captain, Anne L. Parsons secured a contract of just four properties in the Century 1 building. Along with a friend, Anne delivered quality, on-time service, with a beautiful smile. A very ambitious woman, Anne was also a Schoolbus owner and Contractor. Anne was indeed the boss, directing the life she designed for herself and her family. Her commitment, work ethic and spirit led to business relationships and reputation for cleanliness. Within one year, Anne secured 50 additional properties, and created The Clean Sweep Team.
Anne's sons Brandon joined the team in 2005 as the Operations Manager, working alongside his mother, he learned that passion and devotion to hard work was key to success. Brandon followed in her guidance and also became a Schoolbus owner and Contractor, while assisting Anne with the business. Brandon assumed more responsibilities in 2001 when his sister Caylin was born. With Anne on maternity leave, Brandon was first in line to assume the role of Team Leader.

I. Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations
Contractors and employees must follow applicable state laws, rules and regulations at all times. Contractors and employees with questions about the applicability or interpretation of any law, rule or regulation, should contact a management level team member.
II. Conflicts of Interest
In performing their job duties, contractors and employees are expected to use their judgment to act, at all times and in all ways, in the best interests of TCST and TCST WAFS. A "conflict of interest" exists when a contractor or eemployee's personal interest interferes with the best interests of TCST or TCST WAFS. For example, a conflict of interest may occur when a contractor or employee’s family member receives a personal benefit as a result of their position with TCST or TCST WAFS. A conflict of interest may also arise from a contractor or employee's business or personal relationship with a client-customer, supplier-vendor, competitor, business partner, or other employee, if that relationship impairs the employee's objective business judgment.
Because a contractor or employee's receipt of gifts or services could create a conflict of interest, the Legal Department will develop and maintain guidelines for disclosure of business/partnership with, or gifts or services received from customers-clients, suppliers-vendors, competitors or business partners.
Contractors and employees should attempt to avoid conflicts of interest and any contractor or employee who believes a conflict of interest may exist should promptly notify a management-level team member. The Legal Department will consider the facts and circumstances of the situation to decide whether corrective or mitigating action is appropriate.
Please submit potential conflicts as soon as you become aware.
